Documents to be submitted

• Full-length paper in the required format (.doc as well as .PDF. file)
• Registration form
• Proof of payment
• Students/research scholars should provide proof of full-time student status from their university/institution

All documents should be submitted in one zipped (.zip) file bearing the name of your paper ID (already communicated) for easy identification.

Please note the following
In order for a selected paper to be published in the Conference Proceedings, the following requirements must be met:

• The paper must be registered and fully paid for.
• The paper must be presented by one of the authors at the conference.
• The final paper must be correctly formatted and submitted.

Important Guidelines
An extended abstract between 200 and 250 words stating the objective, methodology, results, and conclusions of the research should be submitted before the due date. It should contain the title of the research paper, the names and affiliations of the authors, e-mail and full mailing addresses, and telephone/fax numbers. The following standard format is required for preparing an abstract:

• Maximum length: not more than 250 words on one (1) A4 page (in English)
• Margin: 1 inch margin on all sides of the page
• Font: Times New Roman
• Title: 12pt. bold and cantered
• Authors’ names and addresses: 10pt. and cantered
• Text: 12pt. justified

The results of acceptance will be announced no later than 30th September, 2010. The language of the conference will be English.

Papers included in the Conference Proceedings and presented at the Conference will be selected on the basis of evaluation of the extended abstract. Selected papers will be registered for the Conference, and their respective presentation at the Conference is mandatory.

Accepted full papers will be published in “the Conference Proceedings” and some selected paper will be published in the journal “EnvironmentAsia” of the World Academy of Environmental Science, Engineering and Technology in an electronic format at http://www.tshe.org/EnvironmentAsia2011

All submitted papers will have the opportunity for possible publication in a special 2011 issue of “EnvironmentAsia”. Selection will be carried out at the presentation stage as well as during the journal review process. Please note that submitted papers must not be under consideration by any journal or publication.
