Instruction for author: Abstract preparation

1. All paper submissions must be typed in ENGLISH.
2. Submission will only be accepted when all requested information is completely filled-in. A Confirmation Letter will be issued after successfully submission. Please contact the Secretariat if no response is received after submission.
3. An individual may submit and present more than one paper. Notification of Acceptance for each paper will be sent via e-mail no later than 30 September 2010. Any communications regarding the acceptance will only be given to the principal author at the indicated contact e-mail address. If no answer is received by then, please contact the Secretariat.
4. Accepted papers will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation. Authors may indicate desired presentation style – oral or poster presentation, while the final presentation mode for each paper will be decided by the Scientific Committee’s evaluation and will be advised to the principle author within the Notification of Acceptance.
5. In order to avoid disruption of session by “No-Shows”, accepted papers will only be effective and integrated in the Final Program if the principle author has registered and paid the registration fee in full before the closing date for early bird registration.
6. The exact date and time of oral presentations will be communicated to the principle author.
7. All presentations must be in ENGLISH.
8. The abstract content should be limited in 250 words with 4-5 key words.

The Organizing Committee shares the copyright of each submitted and accepted paper and is entitled to use and publish the papers for all purposes of the Conference usage without further notice.

Anyone who would like to publish the full paper in Conference Proceedings and Young researcher  award and anyone who would like to publish the paper in TSHE journal (EnvironmentAsia International Journal), please submit  full paper in the following format.
